At Gonzalez Law, we help our clients create, manage, and grow their businesses while protecting what matters most — their investments, their families, and their future. Whether you’re launching a new venture, negotiating a real estate deal, or planning your estate, our firm is dedicated to providing practical, results-driven legal guidance.

We advise clients in:

Business formation, structuring, and governance
Intellectual property protection
Employment, independent contractor, and consulting agreements
Joint venture, licensing, and commercial service agreements
Purchase and sale of businesses
Business succession planning
Estate planning and administration
Residential and commercial real estate transactions and leasing

Our approach is simple: strategic counsel that blends legal knowledge with real-world business experience.

Founding Member
Alexis Gonzalez

Before becoming an attorney, I spent over 10 years as CEO of an artist management and consulting company in the entertainment industry. That experience gave me unique insight into the challenges faced by entrepreneurs, entertainers, and investors — insight I now bring directly into my legal practice.

Continuing my family’s 40-year tradition of providing legal services, I founded Gonzalez Law to represent business owners, entrepreneurs, entertainers, athletes, and families in Miami and beyond. My practice focuses on helping clients make some of the most significant financial and personal decisions of their lives, including business structuring, real estate transactions, and estate planning.

My goal is to be the keystone advisor clients can depend on — not only to protect their assets and businesses today, but to preserve their legacies for the future.

When I’m not advising clients, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three daughters and staying active on the judo mat. I also find balance in tending our family garden and caring for our ducks, which provide us with fresh eggs — a reminder that growth, stewardship, and care are as important in life as they are in law. Family is at the heart of what I do, and I bring that same commitment to protecting my clients’ businesses, assets, and legacies.

My goal is to make the legal process clear and seamless, while protecting what matters most — your business, your assets, and your family’s legacy.
