Before becoming an attorney, Alexis spent more than a decade as CEO of an artist management and consulting company in the entertainment industry. That experience gave him direct insight into the operational, financial, and legal decisions faced by entrepreneurs and creatives.
Today, Alexis advises business owners, investors, entertainers, and families on business transactions, outside general counsel matters, estate planning, real estate, and entertainment law. His goal is to make the legal process clear and practical while protecting what matters most to each client.
